She attended Mount Greylock Regional High School and lived in the area between North Adams and Williamstown. After two years at Amherst College, which is the University of Massachusetts Amherst, she transferred onto Clark University Worcester Massachusetts and received her degree in 2006. She graduated with the degree of bachelor of arts. Fedotowsky along with Roberto Martinez got engaged on the finale of The Bachelorette in 2010. Fedotowsky's engagement to Martinez was ended in November 2011 after two years of being together. Roberto Martinez was Fedotowsky's engagement partner from 2010 through 2011. Kevin Manno was her husband in 2017. Kevin Manno is a father to Riley and an infant daughter Molly. After finishing The Bachelorette and securing the position of Morning show reporter at NBC.
